The Packing and Handling charges we apply to your shipments are based on us receiving your items, opening them and assigning them to your box. In some cases you may need us to re-open items, re-check items or decide to hold or send certain items, which is not an issue but further admin and other fees will be applied in these instances.

This is because these tasks take time, care and attention. When we do this once, as the items come in, it's included in the cost Packing and Handling costs. If we need to re-do this task or split items, we will charge a further admin fee as our staff need to take all the items out of your box and resort through all your items.

Charges cannot be given for this process in advance but will range from a minimum of

£10 and up to potentially 50, depending on time taken, number of items we need to sort and other extra work we need to do in order to finalise your shipment.

If these requests are given to us on the day before or on the day of our cut off, these charges may also be increased as we are potentially delaying clients who have already confirmed the dispatch of their items.
